BUS!

sooo many new things happening around here this week… and today it was grayson’s first day riding the bus to school!  we were going to maybe transition into him riding the school bus later on in the year… once he got accustomed to his new school and routine.  silly us, though… we should have known that he would want to ride the bus sooner rather than later!  from the very first morning this week that we took him to school and he saw the buses unloading at his school, he wanted to get on.  and in the afternoons when we pick him up and he sees the buses loading, he has wanted to get on then too.  so, we figured we should just let him ride!  oh my gosh, y’all.. i cannot believe it.  we pulled up to the bus stop this morning, the bus doors opened, i helped him get on, and he waved bye.  the bus headed down the road to school, and my baby boy was in it.  i hope he enjoyed it.  i am sure that he did!
