GRATEFUL.

it has been a roller coaster of a week.  all of our schedules and routines have flip-flopped around lately.  we are trying our best to get adjusted to the newness of it all..  new school, new friends, new teachers, new work shifts, new business taking off, new bedtimes for all of us, new emotions. lots of changes.  tonight when i got out of my bath, i headed down the hall and i heard the sweetest music to my ears.  then when i peeked around the corner my eyes filled up with happy tears.  joe had music playing on his phone, and was singing to the children.  how great is our God… how great is our God!  i stepped back and just watched and listened. the good Lord knew that i needed that tonight.  he reminded me in those few minutes that his plan for our family is much bigger than mine.  my favorite line in the song… ‘age to age he stands, and time in his hands. the beginning and the end.’
