JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED.

joe has been laying in the bed all day with the flu, fever, and chills.  grayson has had a terrible cold for the past couple of weeks that doesn’t want to go away.  the weather is cold here… and my mom sent us the best-tasting soup tonight.  it was hearty and full of chicken, peas, green beans, and carrots.. sooo very good and hit the spot with all of us.  aaaand, i get to keep the pot!  i have been wanting this pot.  i have a smaller copper bottom pot, and it is the longest-lasting pot i have ever had.  i think i will start collecting this cookware.  i am thrilled to have this one that is a touch larger to add to my collection.  with a tickle in my throat and an annoying little cough, i am off to bed.  *fingers crossed* that these sickie bugs make their way out of our house soon.
