Welcome!  My name is Lauren. I am a wife and mother enjoying country life out in the middle of the pine trees with my husband and children. I spend most of my time taking care of our babies, cooking for my family, and trying to live a simple life.  This blog is little parts of our everyday, things I love, and special things I want to remember forever.   Blogging is really so much fun for me.  I love coming here and sharing my thoughts, inspirations, some of my day-to-day life, our family, and talk about things that are important to me.  I am passionate about issues related to Autism, breast-feeding, and motherhood, as well as art, design, music, and food. What made you start this blog? Why do you keep blogging?
This blog is for myself and my family first and foremost… for keeping a little record of who I am as a mother and a wife, and for a record and documentation of our little family and all the beautiful little things in my life that I love. I absolutely love blogging and the friendships I’ve made through blogging.

Why do you share so much of your life on the internet?
I really don’t share a whole lot. I try to keep it simple and happy here for the most part. I share family photos and stories and parts of our day-to-day, but in reality it is only a very small portion of our lives. I try to blog about a variety of topics to keep it well-balanced.

What does Joe do?
Joe is a Husband, Daddy, Police Sergeant, and he runs his own handmade furniture business.

Do you have a job?
I do. I am a full-time Wife and Mother, a job which I take very seriously. It is my full-time job 24/7/365.

How old are you?
I am 32.

How old is Joe?
He is 37.

How old are your children?
Grayson is 3. Vincent is 1.

Who takes your pictures?
I take all of the pictures that you see on the blog, unless otherwise noted.

What program do you use to edit your photos?
I use Photoshop CS5 and LightRoom 4.

How long have you been blogging?
Four years.

Do you co-sleep?
We do co-sleep with our children at times. A lot really, but it is what works for our family.

Are you still nursing?
Yes, I am nursing vincent. He likes his solids, but he still loves his Mama’s milk too. It works for us.

Who created your blog design?
I did using my WordPress ProPhoto theme and design tools.

What blogs do you read?
I am working on a list of my favorite blogs, and I will be sure to post it when I am done.
